This rosemary citrus rub uses dried orange peel and lots of fragrant dried herbs to make an easy seasoning that’s perfect on poultry, pork, and fish!
- ¼ cup kosher salt
- 2 Tbsp dried crushed rosemary
- 2 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 ½ Tbsp onion powder
- 2 Tbsp dried orange peel
- 1 Tbsp dried marjoram
- 1 Tbsp dried thyme
- 1 Tbsp crushed red pepper flakes (*optional)
- Mix together all ingredients and store in an air tight container up to one year.
